Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give 48 hours’ notice. If 48 hours' notice is not given you will be charged 50% of your service fee. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the services book will be charged. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. A grace period of up to 20 mins is offered
